Our client is seeking a part‑time Services Manager to lead the delivery of specialist, trauma‑informed support services within a community‑focused setting. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals experiencing complex and multiple disadvantages, helping them move from crisis towards greater stability and independence. The successful candidate will oversee key service areas, including a health‑focused support hub and group‑based programmes, while working collaboratively across outreach and casework functions. This is a leadership role within a purpose‑driven organisation committed to inclusive, high‑quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of health‑focused and group‑based support services.
  • Line manage and support a team of specialist caseworkers and volunteers.
  • Ensure high‑quality, trauma‑informed support is consistently delivered to service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other service managers to ensure integrated service delivery across outreach, casework, and support programmes.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organisations.
  • Oversee service performance, safeguarding, and compliance, including risk management and escalation where appropriate.
  • Contribute to service development, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in an on‑call rota and occasional outreach shifts, with time off in lieu provided.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service management within health, social care, or community support environments.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supporting multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience delivering or managing trauma‑informed services.
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively across services.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and service compliance.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).

Pro‑rated salary of £22,866.55 per annum (Full‑Time Equivalent: £38,111).
