This is a leadership role suited to a senior practitioner who enjoys working across multidisciplinary teams, influencing stakeholders, and shaping how business analysis is delivered in complex environments. You will play a key role in guiding teams, advising clients, and applying a range of analytical and delivery approaches to clearly define business needs and drive impactful digital outcomes. Responsibilities Analyse complex business challenges and recommend improvements to existing services or the creation of new, user‑centred solutions. Apply visual modelling techniques to document processes and identify improvement opportunities with measurable benefits. Lead and facilitate workshops with delivery teams and client stakeholders to align on goals, scope and solutions. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders. Collaborate with designers to prototype and test early product concepts that address real user problems. Participate in and support research activities, using insights and data to inform decisions and recommendations. Work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to plan, prioritise and manage delivery backlogs. Select, tailor and continuously improve ways of working, measuring their effectiveness throughout delivery. Champion Agile business analysis practices to support iterative, value‑driven delivery. Coach, mentor and guide Business Analysts and other team members. Contribute to the wider Business Analysis community through knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, events and thought leadership.
