  • Ensure delivery aligns with agreed quality, environmental, information security, and governance standards while working on client engagements.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting objectives, plans, and progress to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience facilitating alignment across large and varied stakeholder communities.

  • Experience taking ownership of projects, setting direction, and enabling others to perform at their best.
  • Adaptability in ways of working to suit differing client, team, and delivery needs.
  • Experience supporting the development of others through coaching and/or mentoring.
  • Active participation in the wider product management community through events, workshops, or knowledge sharing.
