A leading UK professional services organisation is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its Bristol office. This is a varied, hands-on role covering facilities management, mailroom operations, office support, health & safety administration, archiving, maintenance coordination and general workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily mailroom activities
- Provide stationery and office support services
- Assist with document production and reprographics
- Order office supplies and consumables
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
- Monitor cleaning standards and workplace presentation
- Support office moves and facilities projects
- Manage storage, recycling and kitchen facilities
- Conduct health & safety inductions for new starters
About You
- Previous experience in facilities, office support or customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
- Experience within legal or professional services environments would be advantageous
