Overview
Audi is seeking an Aftersales Programme Development Manager to join its UK team in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Aftersales Programme Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing programmes and products that drive customer retention, improve network profitability, and support sustainable revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence customer loyalty strategies, develop innovative aftersales initiatives, and contribute to the future success of one of the world’s most recognised automotive brands. Responsibilities
- Design and develop aftersales programmes, products, and initiatives that improve customer retention and drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to retain existing customers and re‑engage lapsed customers.
- Support network profitability through commercially focused programme development.
- Maximise margin and volume contribution across aftersales offerings.
- Develop and enhance customer propositions and network services.
- Manage external suppliers and partners to deliver agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Analyse performance data to identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Deliver projects within agreed budgets and timescales.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and dealer network partners.
- Collaborate across multiple business functions to successfully implement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience managing external suppliers against KPIs and SLAs.
- Background within a customer‑focused organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
- Proven ability to identify revenue and growth opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and numerical skills.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to deliver within deadlines and budgets.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience influencing and delivering results through cross‑functional teams.
- Automotive, retail, customer loyalty, programme management, or network development experience would be advantageous.
