We are recruiting Marketing Performance Analyst on a part-time Fixed Term Contract basis for 12 months. We are open to discussing how these hours can work, but due to the team work required for this role, we would recommend someone looking to do 4 shorter days or 3 consecutive days towards the start, or middle of the week.

Reporting to the Marketing Systems and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Brands to maximise lead generation and conversion. Working with multiple agencies the key objective is to drive higher levels of known marketable customers, and higher levels of customer engagement with our advertising and marketing that is delivered through the centralised marketing services that are managed by the CX function on behalf of the Brands. The impact of the role is an improvement in our advertising spend effectiveness, an increase in known marketable prospects and higher levels of sales conversion through the personalisation of marketing.

What does a typical day look like?

In such a varied role it is hard to define a typical day, however you could expect to:

  • Review and pull out key learnings and insights from existing reports from Sales Force Marketing Cloud or Power BI
  • Join a cross brand meeting to discuss upcoming reporting requirements, contributing to how those requirements could be aligned across brands
  • Join a call with an agency to discuss campaign results and new testing approaches
  • Meet with the Marketing Analytics managers to support on new reporting requirements to fit in within the changing mar-tech and ad-tech landscape
  • Design and brief a cross brand dashboard to highlight KPI performance

  • Ability to interpret data and provide recommendations for optimisation and testing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to transform business questions into analytics solutions and actionable insights
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven expereince of setting up analytics tools and conversion funnels
  • Good working knowledge of marketing analytics and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
