Our client is an international law firm seeking a Senior HR Administration Advisor to take a leadership role within its HR Administration team.

The role will support the strategic objectives of the HR Operations function, lead an administration team and deputise for the HR Administration Manager when required.

The successful candidate will oversee service quality, team performance, payroll-related processing, process improvements and key annual HR activities, while coaching colleagues and supporting the development of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with key HR administration processes.
  • Conduct quality audits and maintain service standards within agreed SLAs.
  • Use management information to allocate work, balance workloads and monitor team performance.
  • Oversee key processing activities, including payroll-related administration, to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Identify development needs and provide coaching and mentoring to improve team capability.
  • Lead the implementation of complex process improvements.
  • Take ownership of key annual HR processes and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Act as the first escalation point for HR Administration Advisors and their teams.
  • Support HR Operations Managers and represent the administration team when required.
  • Deputise for the HR Administration Manager to maintain continuity of operational activity.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and develop the assigned administration team.
