Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join a dynamic Marketing and Business Development team within a professional services environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious administrative professional looking to build a career within marketing, business development, or professional services support. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting digital profile management, onboarding coordination, administrative operations, and leadership support activities. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong written communication abilities, and confidence working across multiple systems and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.

Working Pattern: Hybrid working available

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating employee profiles and content across the organisation’s website and internal systems
  • Ensuring profile information is accurate, professionally presented, and aligned across digital platforms
  • Managing website onboarding and offboarding processes for new starters and leavers
  • Coordinating the collection of CV and profile information from new joiners
  • Supporting the creation, publication, and removal of online profiles
  • Organising professional photography sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, and coordination with external suppliers
  • Managing administrative processes relating to budgets, invoices, and supplier coordination
  • Supporting ad-hoc website administration and digital marketing tasks
  • Coordinating onboarding activities and induction arrangements for new team members
  • Providing administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management, expenses, and travel coordination
  • Supporting wider marketing and business development activities where required

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Experience:

  • Approximately 1–2 years’ experience within an office-based or professional environment
  • Previous experience within professional services, legal, marketing, or corporate environments is advantageous but not essential
