What We Are Looking For

  • Currently working in consulting, or

What You Will Be Doing

As a Consultant, you will:

  • Work on client site, usually within small teams, alongside senior stakeholders.
  • Advise, shape, and deliver projects including large-scale transformation programmes, technology deliveries, and product deployments.
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex challenges with integrity and accountability for key deliverables.
  • Lead and manage hybrid teams across client, consultancy, and third-party resources.
  • Distil complexity into clear, actionable insights and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Contribute to client development activities and internal initiatives such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, ESG, and wellbeing programmes.
