What You Will Be Doing
As a Consultant, you will:
- Work on client site, usually within small teams, alongside senior stakeholders.
- Advise, shape, and deliver projects including large-scale transformation programmes, technology deliveries, and product deployments.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Navigate complex challenges with integrity and accountability for key deliverables.
- Lead and manage hybrid teams across client, consultancy, and third-party resources.
- Distil complexity into clear, actionable insights and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Contribute to client development activities and internal initiatives such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, ESG, and wellbeing programmes.
