Our client is seeking an experienced and creative UX/UI Manager to join their Digital Experience Team. This role will oversee the end-to-end digital design process, ensuring that user needs and organisational goals are met across all digital platforms.
The successful candidate will manage and mentor a small design team while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to deliver seamless and impactful digital experiences for key audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality digital designs for both web and mobile platforms.
- Manage the full design lifecycle, from research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI implementation.
- Conduct and oversee user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with brand, strategy, and accessibility standards.
- Champion user-centred design principles and accessibility best practices across digital projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced design professional with strong leadership and technical skills. Key requirements include:
- Proven experience managing and leading a design team.

This role is eligible for hybrid working, with time split between a designated office and home working, as agreed with the line manager.
