Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Strategy, Performance and Planning Manager to join their global organisation on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to play a central role in driving organisational planning, strategic development, and performance management across an international and purpose‑led environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, country programmes, and cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes that maximise organisational impact. This role is based in London with a hybrid working model requiring approximately 40% of working time to be spent in person at the London office, external meetings, or during travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support organisational planning and reporting cycles to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work collaboratively with global teams, country programmes, and senior stakeholders to maximise strategic impact.
- Analyse performance data and develop compelling narratives that support data‑informed decision‑making.
- Lead multi‑year and thematic reviews to assess strategic progress, identify lessons learned, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and evolution of organisational strategy and strategic initiatives.
- Project manage strategic programmes and key organisational priorities.
- Contribute to strategy development at global, regional, and country programme levels.
