Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and self-motivated part-time Company Secretary to support the Board and Chair. This newly created role will provide governance, operational, and strategic support to the Board and senior leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth running of board and governance activities.
- Manage the full Board cycle, including annual planning, agendas, board papers, meeting logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain decision logs and action trackers, monitoring progress and providing status updates to senior stakeholders.
- Provide governance support for strategic planning sessions and off-site meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
Previous experience in a Company Secretary or governance role, either in-house or within a professional services or advisory environment.
Commercial awareness and a service-oriented approach.
