An established London law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior lawyers within its busy Real Estate division.
This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring an exceptionally organised, proactive and professional EA/PA. You will provide high-level support to senior stakeholders while helping the wider team operate efficiently and deliver an excellent service to clients.
- Arranging travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Supporting the preparation and management of legal documents and transaction-related materials
- Coordinating billing, time recording, expenses and invoice administration
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding actions
- Providing additional administrative support to the Real Estate team when required
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Legal PA is required. Experience working within a law firm is strongly preferred. Real Estate or Property experience would be a significant advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint is necessary.
