Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Officer to support the delivery of impactful arts and health programmes across community and healthcare settings. Working closely with the Senior Programme Manager, the successful candidate will help coordinate programme operations, stakeholder communication, participant engagement, and delivery logistics across multiple initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced programme or project support professional who is passionate about arts, wellbeing, community engagement, and inclusive practice. Responsibilities

  • Support the successful day‑to‑day coordination and delivery of multiple arts and wellbeing programmes
  • Manage programme logistics including scheduling, communications, administration, and operational support
  • Act as a key point of contact for referrals, enquiries, participants, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate programme records, reporting information, and administrative documentation
  • Attend programme activities and provide on‑site delivery support where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in programme coordination, project support, administration, or operations

  • Professional, personable, empathetic, and collaborative approach
