Our client is seeking a Product & Learning Technologist to design and deliver high-quality digital learning experiences. This role combines instructional design expertise with technical capability, transforming complex subject matter into engaging, accessible, and learner-focused content.

You will play a key role in developing innovative learning products, working within a collaborative product team to enhance the overall learning experience and drive continuous improvement across a growing digital portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging digital learning products and educational resources
  • Apply instructional design best practices to create effective, learner-centred experiences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Create and manage multimedia learning content, including video, audio, and interactive assets
  • Ensure products are delivered in line with agreed specifications, timelines, and budgets
  • Review and update existing learning products to maintain relevance and accuracy
  • Act as a subject matter expert in learning technologies and digital design
  • Identify and test new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance learning outcomes
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across the product portfolio
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing and developing e-learning or digital learning content
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of deliverables

Competitive salary (£38,246)
