Overview
Our client is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive the development of high-value corporate partnerships that deliver both financial and strategic impact. This role focuses on building long-term, multi-year collaborations with organisations across key sectors, supporting broader programme, policy, and advocacy objectives. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded business development professional to contribute to meaningful, purpose-driven initiatives while working within a global and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead partnership development across priority sectors, including food & beverage and agriculture
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, securing six-figure, multi-year partnerships
- Develop compelling partnership propositions aligned to both organisational and partner objectives
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences, building and nurturing a strong external network
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across partnerships, programmes, communications, and advocacy
- Drive consistent progress across the business development lifecycle, from lead generation to conversion
- Promote a culture of inclusion, equity, and safeguarding
Requirements
- Proven track record in securing high-value (six-figure+) partnerships in either the charity or commercial sector
- Strong business development and pipeline management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality proposals
- Commercial awareness and understanding of corporate partnership models
- Knowledge of corporate sustainability, ESG, and CSR frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in international development or global programmes
- Knowledge of agriculture and/or food & beverage sectors and related sustainability challenges
