Early Careers Advisor (12-Month FTC)

We are seeking an Early Careers Advisor to join a collaborative HR and Talent team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
This role will focus on supporting the attraction, recruitment and development of graduates, apprentices and early career professionals. You will play a key role in delivering engaging recruitment campaigns, managing candidate journeys and helping to coordinate development programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate graduate, apprenticeship and internship recruitment activity
- Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling
- Build relationships with universities, careers services and external partners
- Support assessment centres and recruitment events
- Maintain accurate recruitment and programme records
- Assist with onboarding and development initiatives for early careers talent
- Produce reports and recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Previous experience within Early Careers, Graduate Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns or talent programmes
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience within professional services, legal, financial services or similar environments is advantageous
