Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join their Group Vehicle Operations team in Milton Keynes. This two-year Level 3 apprenticeship offers a structured pathway into business operations, providing hands-on experience alongside a recognised qualification.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to develop core administrative, operational, and analytical skills within a large, fast-paced organisation operating in a transforming industry. The successful candidate will gain exposure to supply chain planning, vehicle logistics, and remarketing operations while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in business administration or operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and reporting support to the Group Vehicle Operations department
- Assist teams responsible for employee vehicle scheme supply, planning, and logistics
- Support vehicle remarketing processes and related administrative tasks
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and business documentation
- Assist with cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop an understanding of internal processes and business decision-making
- Work towards achieving a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 9–4 or A–C), including Maths and English
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must meet government apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria, including residency requirements
- Must not hold a Level 4 qualification or higher in a related subject
- Must not have more than six months’ professional experience in a similar role
- Must not be enrolled in another government-funded learning programme
