Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal PA to provide support to our team of Finance Partners and fee earners in London. Your Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you will: • Collaborate with Finance to enhance fee earners’ financial performance through proactive client billing, reporting, and management of matter balances. • Partner with Business Development to facilitate event organisation, CRM administration, and assist in creating impactful bids and tenders. • Support Client Relationship Partners in nurturing key client relationships, organising meetings, and compiling client reports. • Manage all matter processes with precision, from conflict checks to Client Due Diligence, ensuring adherence to our high standards. • Take charge of comprehensive diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations, showcasing your ability to anticipate needs and deliver solutions. • Utilise your technical competency to support fee earners effectively, always striving to bridge knowledge gaps and exceed expectations.
