Our client is a leading international professional services organisation seeking an enthusiastic Legal Support Assistant to deliver high-quality, in-person administrative support to Partners, legal professionals, and business services teams. Based full-time in the Leeds office, this role offers a supportive, collaborative environment with structured training and clear opportunities for long-term career progression within legal business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive document management support, including photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding
- Certify, redact, and convert hard copy and electronic documents
- Manage workflows effectively, ensuring strict service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines are met
- Create, archive, retrieve, and close files in line with internal procedures
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings, and inter-office travel arrangements
- Deliver general administrative support to ensure client and business deadlines are achieved
- Support Legal PAs and fee earners with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting colleagues within the wider support team
About You
- At least one year’s experience in a similar administrative or business support role within a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional, service-focused approach
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with document or case management systems
