Our client is seeking an Intermediate User Researcher to contribute to user-centred digital service design within multidisciplinary Agile teams. This is a key role for those with strong user research capabilities and a passion for improving public-facing and internal services through evidence-based insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research to inform product and service design
- Select appropriate research methods based on the service lifecycle stage
- Conduct usability evaluations and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Produce clear research reports and present outcomes to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers within Agile teams
- Run workshops and engage stakeholders to build empathy with service users
- Contribute to internal communities of practice and share research best practices
