Role Overview
The Insurance Administrator will support underwriting operations with a range of administrative responsibilities. The role is vital in maintaining regulatory compliance, improving process efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position also offers involvement in various operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage central mailboxes and task lists for E-trade teams, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Administer policy documentation, updates, and reviews through internal systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries.
- Compile and distribute workflow reports and support data entry and analysis.
- Maintain policy systems and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate team effectiveness and operational smoothness.
Candidate Profile
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in working collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Annual Leave: 30 days (plus the option to buy an additional 2 days)
