Job Description
As the Head of Insight, you will leverage your expertise to provide invaluable strategic insights that drive policy and business development, enhancing the value we deliver to our esteemed members and stakeholders. Major objectives
This role is responsible for driving evidence-based decision making, providing strategic insights that drive policy and business development, and enhance the value provided to our members and stakeholders. The role will lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive research and insight framework and plan, aligning to our objectives and priorities. The role will be instrumental in shaping business decisions and thought leadership, and developing an evidence-based culture.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to design and execute large-scale research projects and deliver actionable insights, with comprehensive knowledge of different research methods and their application in generating insights.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong proficiency in research design and data analysis.
- Significant senior managerial experience in planning, organising, managing, developing and directing strategic insight and research activities across multi-disciplinary and complex areas of work.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic partnership experience.
- Outstanding track record of contributing to corporate and cross-organisational business strategy, with demonstrable excellent influencing, negotiating skills and political judgement, proven success in building productive professional relationships and partnerships.
- An understanding of our customer base, competitors and role as a professional and awarding body is desirable.
