Our client, a global provider of legal data and analytics solutions, is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to safeguard its Microsoft 365, Azure, and Sentinel environments. This hands-on leadership role is integral to maintaining a robust security posture and advancing compliance, risk management, and incident response protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organisation’s security across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Sentinel platforms
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and security audits
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, leading the incident response process
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and refine security controls and solutions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and industry best practices
- Lead internal training and awareness campaigns on information security policies
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies
- Deliver project-based work in alignment with the Head of IT
Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, with in-depth expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Sentinel
- Strong familiarity with ISO 27001 and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Proven track record in threat analysis, root cause investigation, and incident management
- Understanding of network security principles (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, etc.)
- 3+ years in a managerial security role, with excellent stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+
- Willingness to pursue Sentinel 400 certification (funded by employer)
