Our client is seeking a fluent Spanish and English-speaking HR Advisor to join their international HR team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will provide professional HR support across the UK, Spain, Australia, and other international locations, working collaboratively to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR-related queries via internal systems.
  • Manage employee relations processes including promotions, disciplinaries, grievances, terminations, and organisational changes.
  • Deliver training sessions on HR practices and performance/talent management processes.
  • Support onboarding and manage the annual HR cycle of events.
  • Provide HR due diligence and integration support.
