Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Estates to provide strategic leadership and professional estate management expertise across a diverse property portfolio. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing estate management activities, supporting workplace strategy, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the effective management of freehold and leasehold properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering property strategy, optimising estate performance, and supporting long-term organisational objectives, including sustainability and workplace transformation initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic management of a diverse property portfolio, including freehold and leasehold assets.
- Develop and implement estate strategies that support organisational objectives and operational requirements.
- Provide expert advice on property matters, including lease negotiations, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord-tenant relationships.
- Drive property decisions that maximise value, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee estate budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead, develop, and manage estate management teams and external service providers.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, tenants, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Support workplace improvement initiatives and property optimisation projects.
- Contribute to organisational sustainability objectives, including environmental and net-zero strategies where applicable.

- MRICS qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
