Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Executive to join a dynamic Marketing and Business Development team within a professional services environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an events professional with experience delivering both in-person and virtual events who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced and collaborative organisation. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events and webinars, helping to deliver high-quality client experiences and support broader business development initiatives.

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid working available

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and delivering in-person events across office locations and external venues
  • Liaising with venues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage event logistics and delivery
  • Supporting event planning activities including invitations, branding, collateral, merchandise, and scheduling
  • Attending site visits and supporting on-the-day event delivery
  • Managing webinar administration and live virtual event support
  • Setting up webinars, coordinating rehearsals, and supporting presenters during live events
  • Managing attendee approvals, polls, surveys, audience questions, and event reporting
  • Supporting post-event data management in line with GDPR requirements
  • Collecting and analysing post-event feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Managing shared events inboxes and maintaining internal and external event calendars
  • Monitoring scheduling conflicts and coordinating event timelines with internal teams
  • Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders regarding event progress and delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within events, marketing, or business development, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Professional and confident communication skills when engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong administrative and coordination capabilities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital event platforms
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies quickly
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within an events-related role
  • Experience using webinar or email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with virtual event technologies and CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, or social media platforms
