Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Live Events & Experiences Executive to support the planning and delivery of high-quality online and in-person events. This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working, based in London. The position is ideal for an events professional who enjoys managing logistics, working with suppliers, and creating engaging experiences that deliver value to diverse professional and learning communities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver live and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and strong attendee experience.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including technology platforms, venues, suppliers, and agencies.
- Support the development of event programmes, exploring new formats, technologies, and emerging trends.
- Represent the organisation at third-party events and capture insights to inform future planning.
- Oversee event assets and merchandise, including stock control and sustainable sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with organisational objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of event delivery, quality, and value for money.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering a broad portfolio of events (online and in-person).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 and event technology platforms.
- Experience managing suppliers, agencies, and budgets.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a positive and customer-focused approach.
- Experience within membership, education, or professional organisations is desirable.
