Our client is seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join their team in Epsom.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a busy front-of-house environment, providing exceptional service to students, staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming reception area while supporting a variety of administrative and operational activities across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, staff, visitors, and external stakeholders at the main reception area.
- Manage incoming calls via the switchboard and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Provide efficient reception and administrative support across the organisation.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, including attendee registration and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with facilities, estates, and security teams to support day-to-day operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception, administration, customer service, or front-of-house role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and flexible under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative and work independently.
- Competent IT and administrative skills.
