Our client, an established education provider with an on‑site nursery, is seeking an Early Years Supervisor to support the care, learning and development of children within its early years setting.
About the Role
The successful candidate will contribute to play and learning activities, manage everyday care routines and help create a stimulating environment.
The role will also involve observing children’s development, maintaining accurate records and building positive relationships with parents and carers.
This opportunity would suit a confident and collaborative childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting young children.
Responsibilities
- Support children during play, learning and developmental activities.
- Assist with everyday care routines, including mealtimes and sleep times.
- Create an engaging and stimulating environment through creative activities and ideas.
- Observe and record children’s progress and development.
- Plan activities that respond to children’s individual needs.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent care and support.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for childcare and early years development.
- Confidence communicating with both adults and children.

Salary: Up to £27,934 per annum, plus a £1,000 market supplement for a fully qualified candidate.
This role is subject to child‑protection screening, including checks with previous employers, online checks and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
