Our client, a large UK-based organisation operating within a highly regulated engineering environment, is seeking an Engineering Apprentice Coordinator to support the delivery of its engineering apprenticeship programme. This role provides essential administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the Engineering Apprentice function. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Engineering Apprentice Team, ensuring smooth delivery of programme objectives.
- Produce reports and presentations to support engineering and apprenticeship activity.
- Collate, analyse, and interpret data from internal and external sources, maintaining accurate records and systems.
- Update and maintain internal systems, processes, and documentation.
- Organise, manage, and support departmental activities including training, development initiatives, and project work.
- Take accurate minutes for meetings, including performance, conduct, and absence reviews.
- Support departmental projects, events, reporting, analytics, and training activities.
- Prioritise and organise individual and team workloads in line with defined objectives and reporting structures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
- Work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organisational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive team culture that supports collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ad hoc support and task coverage for the wider team when required.
