We are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to help expand our busy team. This role is pivotal as it combines the proactive development of new corporate partnerships with the management of existing partner accounts. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving our mission to foster green skills and jobs across the workforce.

The role requires a dynamic balance between identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and ensuring sustained value and engagement for an assigned portfolio of existing partners. By delivering compelling propositions and nurturing strong relationships, this role will align partnerships with our organisational objectives while driving growth and retention.

Accountabilities include;

· Helping to develop and execute the new partnerships strategy and driving team revenue goals and contributing to achieving our annual growth targets.

· Driving partner retention by achieving commercial targets and identifying additional revenue and opportunities.

· Partnership Management; acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate partners and maximising partner engagement.

· Providing insights to refine partnership products and services, identifying new corporate partnership opportunities, supporting programme development and building a strong pipeline across various industries.

· Collaborating with our marketing team to create external messaging for partnerships, including web content, marketing materials, and email campaigns and design and execute effective lead generation campaigns.

· Representing us at external events to raise our profile

· Maintaining records and reporting using our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)

The ideal candidate

We are recruiting for a highly motivated individual who is innovative, excels in solving problems, forging strategic partnerships and thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about contributing to a sustainable future.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development, sales, and account management, preferably within a partnerships or corporate engagement role. It will be essential for the role holder to have strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders, a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful commercial strategies and excellent project management and organisational skills.

Proficiency in using CRM tools (ideally Microsoft Dynamics), PO systems and any financial reporting experience will be helpful to have, but is not essential, alongside some experience in creating and delivering impactful marketing campaigns in collaboration with our internal marketing teams.

If you have an interest or experience of working within the environmental, sustainability, or professional development sectors this will be a huge advantage.

The practical details;

You will be mainly working from home, with the requirement to attend in person all staff meetings every other month and also meet with our corporate partners at various UK locations as required (all travel expenses will be reimbursed). Candidates must therefore be based in a location with good road or rail networks and have a reliable broadband speed and workspace to be able to work from home and have the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Our benefits:

In return you will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (plus 3 days at Christmas), 6% employer pension contributions, life assurance (4 x salary), medical cashplan, group income protection, perkbox benefits and a company that really cares about you and your work life balance.
