Job Description The Directors’ Office Assistant will provide proactive, day-to-day logistical and administrative support across all areas of the Directors’ Office, supporting the Executive (the Director, Executive Director, and members of the Executive Committee) at the National Theatre, and providing a friendly and efficient welcome to all external visitors to the office. With a unique opportunity to be part of the rhythm of the Directors’ Office, the Directors’ Office Assistant would enable opportunity for engagement across all aspects of the organisation and play an active, engaged role in the smooth-running of the department. The successful candidate will have the following: Good administrative and IT skills, with the ability to deliver work accurately and with great attention to detail, continually respecting confidentiality and discretion. Demonstrable interpersonal skills, with experience of being or willingness to be a central point of welcome to all, and ability to build effective relationships to support that environment. Good organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to work calmly, collaboratively, and effectively.
