Overview
Our client is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working in a supportive environment where employees are empowered to take ownership of customer interactions. Calls are not scripted, allowing for genuine engagement and tailored support.

- Handling customer enquiries with empathy, ensuring calls are owned through to resolution.

Role details
The position is 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 6:15 pm), with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9 am – 1 pm). Hybrid working allows up to two days per week from home.
Location: Bristol, England, United Kingdom
