The Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to begin or grow their career in conference production. The successful candidate will play a key role in researching, planning, and executing high-profile international legal events, working closely with editors, chairs, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging and commercially successful content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with event chairs to shape and deliver in-person events across various global brands.
  • Conduct research with internal teams and external contributors to develop compelling conference content.
  • Write persuasive and engaging marketing copy for event promotion.
  • Liaise with editorial, sales, operations, and external partners throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Attend and manage events on-site across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Commercially aware with an interest in business development.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across levels and disciplines.
