Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Communications Manager – Partnerships to join their communications team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic communications activity for high-profile corporate partnerships, delivering integrated campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and fundraising impact. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across communications, fundraising, and external partner teams to develop compelling campaigns and maximise partnership value through innovative storytelling and strategic communications planning. This role is based in London with a hybrid working model requiring approximately 40% of working time to be spent in person at the London office, external meetings, or during travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies for flagship corporate partnerships
  • Create innovative campaign concepts and partnership activations that maximise brand impact and audience engagement
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver integrated communications campaigns across multiple channels
  • Act as the primary communications adviser to partnership managers and external corporate stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance on messaging, content development, campaign tactics, and audience engagement
  • Ensure communications activity is insight-led, audience-focused, and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality creative assets and campaign materials
  • Manage project budgets effectively to achieve communications objectives
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform continuous improvement
  • Champion organisational commitments relating to equity, inclusion, safeguarding, and ethical communications practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and delivering high-impact brand, partnership, or corporate communications strategies
  • Strong background managing integrated communications campaigns across owned, earned, shared, and partner channels
  • Demonstrated ability to generate creative campaign ideas informed by audience insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external audiences
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional project environments
  • Ability to brief, review, and develop creative content including design, film, photography, and brand assets
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience measuring communications effectiveness and using data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commercial and brand awareness

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience within the non-profit, charity, fundraising, or purpose-led sector
  • Knowledge of partnership marketing and corporate engagement campaigns
  • Experience managing integrated fundraising and brand communications initiatives
