Legal PA to join its Manchester office.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment and supporting busy fee earners.

The role

You will provide high-quality PA and administrative support, helping lawyers manage their workload effectively and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities may include

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Coordinating travel and preparing itineraries
  • Managing emails, correspondence and documents
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and presentations
  • Organising meetings and assisting with client-related administration
  • Time recording, billing and expense support
  • Opening and maintaining client and matter files
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Supporting wider team administration when required

About you

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with

  • Previous PA, Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience
