We’re working with a leading London-based professional services firm looking to hire a Business Development Manager into a strategic, high-impact role. This is an opportunity to shape and drive firm-wide growth, working closely with senior leadership to embed a more proactive, data-led approach to business development.

The Role

  • You’ll play a key role in delivering the firm’s long-term growth strategy, focusing on improving how relationships are managed, opportunities are identified, and revenue is generated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing business development strategy across the firm
  • Driving adoption and optimisation of CRM systems (e.g. InTapp)
  • Embedding a more proactive, relationship-led culture across senior stakeholders
  • Identifying new market opportunities, sectors, and referral networks
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on BD priorities
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and legal teams
