A leading UK professional services organisation is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its Bristol office.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering facilities management, mailroom operations, office support, health & safety administration, archiving, maintenance coordination and general workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily mailroom activities
  • Provide stationery and office support services
  • Assist with document production and reprographics
  • Order office supplies and consumables
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
  • Monitor cleaning standards and workplace presentation
  • Support office moves and facilities projects
  • Manage storage, recycling and kitchen facilities
  • Conduct health & safety inductions for new starters
  • Travel occasionally to support other office locations

About You

  • Previous experience in facilities, office support or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Experience within legal or professional services environments would be advantageous
