About the Role
Our client is recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join a vibrant, customer-focused hospitality team within their cinema venue. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing leisure business redefining the cinema experience through a combination of hospitality, service, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Venue and Deputy Managers in day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Train and support team members to uphold service and operational standards.
- Assist in overseeing functions such as team recruitment, social media marketing, stock management, and film scheduling.
- Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example on the venue floor.
- Contribute to team morale and promote a dynamic, inclusive working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality-focused leadership role, ideally as an Assistant Manager.
- A proactive, energetic personality with strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for food, drink, entertainment, and customer service.
