Our client is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of business intelligence, performance reporting, and data insight solutions across a purpose-driven organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a data and analytics professional to manage a high-performing analytics function while partnering with stakeholders across fundraising, communications, and wider business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling evidence-based decision-making through advanced analytics, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence tools. Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid Working)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £52,468 per annum plus comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Business Insight Analysts.
  • Manage and prioritise the delivery of analytics and business intelligence projects.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business intelligence reporting solutions.
  • Deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Design and implement analytics frameworks, forecasting models, and reporting methodologies.
  • Support the development and application of statistical and machine learning models.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear analytical solutions and reporting outputs.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics products are accurate, robust, scalable, and well-governed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvement.
  • Promote organisational commitments to safeguarding, inclusion, equity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role within analytics, business intelligence, or data insights.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering BI solutions using Power BI.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
  • Experience working with modern cloud-based or SaaS data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
  • Ability to design and deliver meaningful analysis aligned with organisational and stakeholder objectives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Experience using Python or R for analytics, automation, or statistical modelling.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse environments and data architecture concepts.
  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics methodologies.
