My client is a specialist clinical trial supply company that prides itself on delivering an exceptional service to their customers and has built strong partnerships and networks on a global level to enable them to provide the best products for a variety of clinical trials. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Clinical Trial Project Manager to join them. Previous experience within the clinical trial sector is essential. The role is home-based with occasional travel to the head office based in Burton on Trent.
Responsibilities:
- Managing up to 7 global key accounts.
- Be the key point of contact for both external customers and suppliers, managing relationships to ensure expectations are met and managed where required.
- Provide an excellent level of service to existing and new customers on a daily basis via telephone, email, and face-to-face on occasions.
- Deal with any queries or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
