My client is a family-owned construction/property development business based in Derbyshire. They are seeking an experienced administrator to join their friendly team and support with a variety of construction/property duties on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). This role will be based in Repton. Working hours will be required over 5 days Monday to Friday 08.00 - 14.00 with occasional home working.

Duties will include:

  • Support in project costing and manage cost portfolio
  • Assist with the input of the Cost plan
  • Managing the Project Sheet with all interim costings of the professional team
  • Gathering reports and surveys and saving them into the one drive in preparation for the Planning Consultant for the planning application
  • Create and agree the External Materials Schedule which is submitted as part of the planning application
  • Assist in the planning application liaising with the planning consultant
