Previous experience within a controller / planning position or have experience within a mechanical environment looking to move to an office based role would be an advantage. Working hours - Monday Friday 07.00 16.00 / 09.00 18.00 rotating Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate routine maintenance schedules for specialised plant and container handling machinery, ensuring timely servicing to prevent breakdowns and maximize equipment uptime. * Manage and prioritise repairs and breakdowns, assigning tasks to service providers based on urgency and availability, and ensuring repairs are completed promptly and to a high standard. * Monitor and manage cost, ensuring that invoices are in line with estimates for repairs * Act as the main point of contact between terminals, engineers, and management, providing clear and concise updates on equipment status, repair progress, and any potential issues. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including engineer time, ...
