We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow a specialist construction products brand across the South of the UK. This is a field-based role focused on developing distributor, contractor, and consultant relationships, winning specifications, and driving profitable sales growth across HVAC, Refrigeration, Industrial, OEM, and Marine sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales and market share through distributors, merchants, contractors, and consultants.
  • Win specifications through technical presentations and application-led selling.
  • Develop new accounts and manage project opportunities through the tender process.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and special agreements within authority levels.
  • Identify new market and product opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline, projects, and customer activity through CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

  • Proven sales experience in distribution, contractor, or project-led construction sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset.
