A fast-growing premium Japanese tea brand is looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to help expand its presence across the UK. Already stocked in leading retailers such as Harrods and Selfridges, the brand is now entering an exciting growth phase, and needs someone who can actively open doors, build relationships, and win new business.

The Role

  • This is a hands-on sales role for someone who isn't afraid to get out there and make things happen.
  • Identify and secure new business across retail, hospitality, and wholesale.
  • Build relationships with buyers, distributors, and partners.
  • Proactively reach out via cold calls, visits, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Understand and navigate different routes to market (retail, wholesale, foodservice, e-commerce).
  • Represent the brand at events, tastings, and meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years sales experience in food & drink manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of buying channels and routes to market.
  • Experience of using CRMs.
  • Confident in cold calling, outreach, and face-to-face selling.
  • Self-starter with a knock on doors mentality.
  • Commercially aware and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
