A premium, design-led food & beverage brand is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales function across wholesale, retail, hospitality, and direct-to-consumer channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven operator who can define sales strategy, close strategic accounts, and build scalable sales processes as the business expands in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute sales strategy across all channels
- Win and grow key wholesale, retail, and hospitality partnerships
- Lead pricing, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Work closely with supply chain and marketing to support sustainable growth
