A premium, design-led food & beverage brand specialising in artisan Japanese matcha and green tea is seeking an Events Assistant / Personal Assistant to support both live brand activations and day-to-day executive administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, setup, delivery, and breakdown of events, tastings, pop-ups, and markets
  • Transport, organise, and prepare event materials, products, and equipment
  • Represent the brand at events, engaging customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist with product education, sampling, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Ensure brand presentation is polished and consistent
  • Support post-event wrap-up, stock checks, and feedback collection

Personal Assistant & Administration

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls
  • Provide reminders for upcoming events, deadlines, and priority tasks
  • Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence
  • Support travel planning and logistics when required
  • Help organise documents, files, and internal records
  • Provide general administrative support to the leadership team

About You

  • Friendly, confident, and professional in customer-facing environments
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings
  • Able to lift and transport supplies up to 15kg
  • Right to work in the UK

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer service
  • PA, EA, or administrative experience
  • Interest in wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience using Google Workspace, calendars, or basic CRM tools

What We Offer
