A premium, design-led food & beverage brand specialising in artisan Japanese matcha and green tea is seeking an Events Assistant / Personal Assistant to support both live brand activations and day-to-day executive administration.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, setup, delivery, and breakdown of events, tastings, pop-ups, and markets
- Transport, organise, and prepare event materials, products, and equipment
- Represent the brand at events, engaging customers with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with product education, sampling, and point-of-sale transactions
- Ensure brand presentation is polished and consistent
- Support post-event wrap-up, stock checks, and feedback collection
Personal Assistant & Administration
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls
- Provide reminders for upcoming events, deadlines, and priority tasks
- Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence
- Support travel planning and logistics when required
- Help organise documents, files, and internal records
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
About You
- Friendly, confident, and professional in customer-facing environments
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings
- Able to lift and transport supplies up to 15kg
- Right to work in the UK
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer service
- PA, EA, or administrative experience
- Interest in wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
- Experience using Google Workspace, calendars, or basic CRM tools
What We Offer
- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
