We are seeking a committed and passionate Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in supporting the operation, development and high-quality care offered within our clients' children's residential home.

Main Duties:

  • Support the Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality services for young people.
  • Build positive relationships and promote effective partnerships with staff, external agencies and families.
  • Ensure full compliance with Safeguarding Procedures, Health & Safety Regulations and all company policies.
  • Provide nurturing leadership that motivates and supports our children.
  • Promote effective communication, manage children's development needs, and champion Equality & Diversity at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Commitment to working towards the Level 5 qualification.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to provide professional references.
