A premium, designâled food & beverage brand is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales function across wholesale, retail, hospitality, and directâtoâconsumer channels.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a handsâon leadership role for a commercially driven operator who can define sales strategy, close strategic accounts, and build scalable sales processes as the business expands in the UK and internationally.
What you will do:
- Own and execute sales strategy across all channels
- Win and grow key wholesale, retail, and hospitality partnerships
- Lead pricing, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline management
